1. GENERAL & STUDIO PHILOSOPHY

Shoppism operates as an art studio and store dedicated to functional art, hand-carved sculptures, wearable art, custom commissions, and limited-edition design objects. Every piece on our platform is either handcrafted, hand-painted, or produced in limited studio runs. Consequently, slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, or material finishes are inherent features of original artwork rather than defects.

2. COLLECTIONS & PRODUCT OFFERINGS

Our catalogue encompasses:

• Objects & Sculptures: Hand-carved and hand-painted table sculptures, functional decor, and architectural studio accents.
• Wearable Art: Limited-edition handcrafted apparel, bespoke art-infused garments, and wearable art accessories.
• Art Work: Original fine art pieces, functional terracotta tavdis, and limited studio runs.
• Customised Commissions: Bespoke artistic collaborations created according to client specifications or tailored room accents.

3. CUSTOM & BESPOKE COMMISSIONS

• Approval Process: Custom projects undergo an initial design consultation and studio concept approval. Once a custom design, material selection, and dimensions are finalised and agreed upon, production begins.
• Non-Refundability: Because custom commissions are uniquely executed according to your specific instructions, orders for customised items or bespoke wearable art cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once work has commenced.
• Design Discrepancies: Minor variations in color shades, natural wood/clay grain, or acrylic paint strokes are part of the bespoke hand-crafting process.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (GST) as indicated at checkout.
• Orders will only be processed upon full receipt of payment or, for custom commissions, upon receipt of the agreed-upon studio deposit/upfront payment.
• Payments are processed securely via accredited third-party payment gateways. Shoppism does not store credit card or sensitive financial information on its servers.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available on Shoppism Including artworks, textile designs, sculptural forms, images, graphics, studio logs, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Shoppism and its artists. No artwork, design, image, or content may be reproduced, redistributed, copied, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Shoppism.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shoppism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our studio products or services. We ensure every artwork leaves our studio in secure, premium art-grade packaging.
